Never had such horrible customer service in my life. When trying to place my order, the guy was mumbling and I could not hear him and had to state twice, politely, I am sorry but Iâm having a hard time hearing you. He then proceeds to start shouting my order back at me, so clearly the speaker was working. I confirmed my order, again politely, and he mumbled something about putting the order in. After waiting a minute with no further response I pulled forward. The guy opened the window and proceeded to shout at me that I needed to pull back around because he hadnât told me to pull forward. Mind you, I am the only customer in line, itâs on a one way, and the whole area is under construction so it would have taken five minutes to âpull back aroundâ and again, I am literally the only person there. I remained polite and said I donât think your speaker is working very well, I didnât hear you say to wait or pull forward or anything and he then proceeds to continue yelling, telling me I could hear him fine and I have to listen better. I was flooredâŚI am in the car with my kids and have been nothing but polite even up to this pointâŚI was confused more than anything, like is this really happening?    Read moreFor the record the food is great, and I personally did not have a problem with my last trip. But within the half hour that we were there, we witnessed At least 7 mistakes from the employees.. We got our food before at least 3 guests that ordered before us. I asked for mild sauce and got hot sauce instead, not a big deal. one of the guest that ordered before us and had yet to get his food, went and asked for a refund and got attitude from the front cashier stating that she couldnât do it because she was not the manager. As he was trying to get the refund they called for our food again, everything we ordered, but we just finished eating. The couple that got the refund said that the employees did not apologize for their mistakes and seemed to get ruder to him, which wasnât okay considering he was clam and collective trying to resolve the problem. I saw 2 guests come in stating that they didnât get everything they ordered through drive thru. And Iâm not sure how many people dining in, didnât get everything they ordered and were not happy. It was a Sunday after 12 so it was quite busy, but Iâve never seen it not only busy but make as many mistakes or be as rude as they did. Not trying to get anyone in trouble just wanted to bring it to Taco Johnâs attention.

However today I went through the drive thru I ordered, A few hard shell tacos with no meat, add beans and a few soft shell tacos with just meat and cheese for the kids, and a few regular tacos for my boyfriend. Then I drive to his work, so we can have a quick family dinner on his break, and open the bag to find a completely different order! There was a few soft shells with tons of lettuce, and 2 big burritos full of soggy lettuce and potato oles. Kids were complaining about having to pick the lettuce off their tacos, and we were forced to eat the special burritos.
