Happened upon this spot while in the neighborhood. The reviews leaned toward the steak or birria. I selected the steak quesadilla and was impressed by the quality. The texture and flavor were on point. I love a good cheese pull quesadilla. The orange sauce was mild and complemented it nicely. The sauce isn't necessary bc it already has good flavor on its own but it doesn't take away or over power. The price is a bit higher than expected but when you factor in the quality of meat used it's worth it. The customer service is on point and there is free parking lot and street parking. I'll definitely return...

I happened upon this crew outside the BIM Room on the Samsung Campus in Taylor TX.

The team was very accommodating and helpful. The food was magnificent! The guys in the trailer smashed the chicken birria. I'd recommend if you have the chance to. The birria was better than the ones I've have in Arizona!

The team and the truck was very clean, I looked in the bed of the pickup truck and no trash. I was invited inside and it was very very clean.
