We just found our new go-to spot for authentic Indian food! From the moment we walked into Tamarind Indian Cuisine, we were treated like family. The customer service is exceptionally warm and friendly, making the entire experience a true pleasure.
But the real star of the show is the food. We ordered a few classics to get a feel for the menu, and every single dish was a home run.
Masala Dosa: This was perfection. The dosa itself was a massive, golden-brown, crispy crepe with a wonderfully savory and perfectly spiced potato filling inside. It came with sambar and chutneys that were fresh and full of flavor—the perfect complement. Chicken Tikka Masala: An absolute must-try. The chicken was incredibly tender and smoky, swimming in a luxuriously creamy and rich tomato gravy. It had a depth of flavor that tells you it's made with care. We couldn't get enough of it! Chicken Biryani: This was a masterpiece of aroma and taste. The long-grain basmati rice was fragrant and fluffy, with each grain infused with a beautiful blend of spices. The chicken was moist and flavorful, layered perfectly throughout. A generous portion that was as delicious as it was impressive.
Tamarind Indian Cuisine is a fantastic addition to the dining scene. The combination of spectacular, authentic food and genuinely kind service makes it a place we will be returning to again and again. Highly,...
Read moreupdate: the owner didn’t even remember what they have been advertising. i have posted the picture of their advertisement offering the dinner buffet on thursday festival day dussera. Moreover, I have given them a call before reaching to the restaurant to make sure they were offering dinner buffet. I was told yes. and upon arrival we were also shown the buffet table.
The service was not so welcoming though the food tasted good. Such decilious food items are much appreciated.
long story short, we went there for a dinner buffet as advertised by the owner. No items were ready, the half / not filled pots felt not appetizing at all. They really need to improve on presentation, if not it kind of kills the appetiate even if we go hungry.
Later they kept filling as we already started to eat. starters were offered in the end since they made just after the customer asked for the missing items as per the advertisement.
Though the taste was good, overall experience felt very...
Read moreFirst of, I wanna say that the food was amazing. I got the Hyderabad Goat Dum Biryani and the meat was very tender and the rice was very flavorful. The spiciness levels are not for Westerners unless they are very confident in their spice tolerance, but I know some friends with 0 spice tolerance that will absolutely eat through the pain because of how good it is
The mango lassi is very good, probably one of the best I've had out of the dozens I've been to. It's very rich and creamy and is a very good choice as a drink or as a dessert
The owner and the server are very nice and welcoming, they took the time to explain certain dishes and made sure we were taken care of
My only complaint is the crying babies around, but I understand that's not in...
