We were long time customers, but the increasingly longer hair and no gloves on these people making sandwiches is by far, alarming. My lucky day was yesterday 2/11/24. We got three sandwiches, one included a 7 in hair (embedded between lunch meat and produce, had to really pull it out) from the worker who made the sandwich. We called the shop whos assistant manager seemed concerned, offered to refund our meal and have the manager call us back.
She called us back saying hairnets aren't required, and if she got hair in her sandwich, she would just pull it out and finish eating it. That's all I needed to hear today by Rachel Young, to never go to another thundercloud ever again. The long hair and ponytail hanging over your shoulders while you bend over and make a sandwich, is downright gross. Read moreI order from Thundercloud probably once a week and have for the past year (from the William cannon location), and at least half of the time, they mess up my order. I can’t eat gluten, and always get a gluten-free roll, but most of the time, they put my sandwich on a regular roll and I have to trash the bread and eat the guts of the sandwich. My boss normally picks up our order, so I don’t get the opportunity to check it before it’s too late.
Today, I ordered a gluten free roll and a slice of bacon and got neither.
If it were my choice, I’d stop going to Thundercloud since the extra $2 is meaningless if you don’t get the thing you paid for.

Read moreThis was my 1st time getting food from Thundercloud and I will NEVER be back. I placed my order online and picked it up. When I got home I realized my sandwich had been made incorrectly. I called the store to let them know. However, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was not very helpful. I sent my husband back to the store with a printout of what I had ordered.
