On Dec 12, 2024 at 3:30 we went to get my Autistic son's glasses repaired and the woman in the Elf dress was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and Especially my son. He fell face first on the pavement and we immediately went there to get his glasses fixed. His lenses were ruined from the fall and his frame which we paid $400 for his entire glasses. She told him his glasses we had just purchased 1month previously was not covered under warranty and the frame was not going to be replaced and didn't even offer a substitution she said there wasn't anything and we could get them fixed by getting new lenses and the frame would still look awful with all the scratches. He tried to deal with her despite her being rude. He's autistic so he didn't understand why she was so mad at him. He even told her that he was sorry that they were damaged. Even with his face scratched up from his fall just 20 min before we arrived. She even told hi is wasn't possible to get glasses the same day.We left the glasses got a copy of the Rx and went to Eye Master's and paid $89 dollars for a new pair.
