Overall, the food was delicious! You can tell they took great care and grilled their meats for their Banh Mi, spring rolls, and the vermicelli (bun) dish to perfection. The meat was well seasoned and was juicy. Their pho was tasty, you can smell the spices they steeped in their stock/broth. Their portions were also generous.

Their drinks were refreshing and not overly sweet like you see at some places (Thai Tea and Milk Coffee). The fresh juices were also light and refreshing especially on a hot day.

I was a little sad that I wasn't able to try out their egg coffee or their coconut coffee but I'm looking forward to when they are fully open so I can them and...

If you’re looking for truly authentic Vietnamese food in Austin, Viet Vibes Kitchen is the place to be! Their pho is hands down the best in town – rich, flavorful broth that tastes like it’s been simmered for hours, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous portions of tender meat. The banh mi is just as impressive: warm, crispy baguette, fresh herbs, and the perfect balance of savory and tangy flavors.

Don’t miss out on their drinks either – from refreshing iced coffees to fruit teas, everything pairs so well with the food. The atmosphere is modern but still cozy, and the staff is super friendly, making you feel right at home.

This is my new go-to spot whenever I’m craving authentic Vietnamese comfort food....

I ordered the BBH, chicken pho and banh mi thap cam. Overall, really solid food and flavors. I wish the BBH’s pig trotters were more tender. The flavor was great and the veggies were super fresh. I prefer my BBH with a little more lemongrass flavor. The chicken pho broth was tasty but wish the chicken meat included white meat perhaps chicken breast rather than the dark meat that was included. Generous portions. Would come again to try...
