Wingstop — Restaurant in Austin

I just attempted to order through Wingstop's mobile website. After having the order rejected 4 times (stated order could not be process at this time), I decided to try to order on my laptop. While ordering, I received four different texts from Doordash saying that an order was processed and was being delivered. I then looked at my bank account and saw that I was charged 4 times, then refunded twice. I called the William Cannon location and they stated they had no record of the order. They were absolutely unhelpful. I asked if I should report the charges to my bank account as fraudulent, and the representative just said "ummmm". Completely unprofessional. I'm now receiving calls from Doordash representatives who are confused as to why they received an order so many times from Wingstop. I'm not sure if I will ever order from Wingstop again due to the representatives lack of professionalism, but I certainly won't ever use their mobile website. My evening now is going to be occupied with calling my bank, and probably communicating with Doordash...

Not bad! I haven't been to this location in like 10 years but not much has changed. I did an online order for carryout and it was ready in exactly the projected time. I expected it to be busier for a Friday evening but I had no wait at all.

The wings were cooked perfectly (I got standard bone-in wings). They could have done with just a bit more seasoning but I'll make sure to ask for extra next time. The fries were soggy/floppy but that's par for the course with Wingstop fries - nothing that a few minutes in an air fryer couldn't fix. The fry seasoning was great though, not too much and not too little.

The only thing I absolutely did not like were the carrot sticks. They seemed like they had previously been frozen and were very waterlogged. Maybe they were frozen too long or in the fridge too long or something. I took maybe two bites and threw the rest away. Next time I'll have my own veggies on standby. Those were a total waste.

I'll order from here again though. They satisfied a Friday night wing...

I found a hair at the bottom of my order and when I brought it up to the managers attention he looked at me crazy and offered me a free drink on them for next time. As IF I’d ever go back to that nasty location!!! It also took so much for me to even say anything bc I’m so shy and nice and HATE looking like a Karen but the mommy me over powered shy me and so i did. & He also must of thought I was lying bc he kept mentioning that no one in the kitchen had curly hair but I didn’t either?? & like I told him that’s even worst bc it looks more like body hair 😭 idk I was so grossed out by it bc me and my kids had already ate some of the wings. & my son lowkey kept choking too while eating there so I’m like ewww was he eating HAIR?!?! And that’s maybe what was causing him to choke up? Hours later and here I am writing a review bc I’m still...
