For a town as nice as Avalon, it's appalling that there is a business as bad as this one. Save your money and time and go to a different açaí bowl place. The açaí base, the granola, fruit, etc is not good, but the service is even worse. We ordered two smoothies and two açaí bowls. Our experience started off when the employee entered our order wrong and did not add one of the smoothies. It would not have been a big deal if the employee had not gotten an attitude about it. Once the second smoothie came out, we continued to wait for the bowls. One of the employees saw us sitting there and said "what are you guys waiting on?", to which we told them our açaí bowls. They then asked what bowls we ordered, which we told them that they were build your own bowls that were described on our receipt. The employee at the front then realized that she has not even given our order to the employees making the bowls. One of the short blonde employees then looked at us, scoffed and rolled her eyes, and then said very loudly to her coworker "take your time on their bowls"..... Extremely unprofessional and rude. The bowls were terrible and the service...

The Açai bowls here are absolutely perfect! Big variety and the ratio of açai to the other ingredients is just right (a lot of places overdue it on the açai). The staff were very friendly and happy to customize our orders any way we wanted. I ordered "The Legend" and the staff checked in with me while making as they recommended adding strawberries which I hadn't asked for (10/10 recommend this addition to match the dark...

Decent amount of options and solid flavors! I'm not a big acai person but wanted to try it out. A bit too sweet and at times really tart, but I'm open to trying some other options! I also had a smoothie from here and they accommodated my request (leave out banana). It was tart (but in a good way)...
