Old review 2020 In the middle of this pandemic I decided to brighten the (very literary rainy, stormy) day by ordering some ice cream (6 total) for my family. The website does not list all of the flavors available so I ordered what they had with some toppings. Needless to say, it was a big order. I arrived to pick up and THANKFULLY my order had just come through allowing me to change some flavors that weren't available on the website (rum raisin for my mom, cotton candy for my nephew.) I made a huge mess of this order trying to figure out what went with what BUT Darnell & Marcathor (hope the spelling is correct) went above and beyond helping me sort everything out! They were so patient and helped me get out of there with everything (ended up being 8 ice creams) in less than 15 min even with me changing so much on then! Darnell & Marcathor (hope the spelling is correct) are amazing x 500! Hope that the right people see this review and can pass it along to them and maybe a little bonus. ...

This is hands down the most consistently TERRIBLE Coldstone’s in the history of stores. It is in DESPERATE need of good management and even that may not save them. The employees do not prep. They are constantly out of flavors and waffles bowls etc. I always tell myself to avoid this place but every couple weeks it’s the only one in my area and i give in hoping for a change. Not only were 3 employees sitting on the counter, where ice cream is prepared in front of customers, on their phones, listening to music from the headphones loud enough for the store to hear, and another one drinking their shake out front while there is 10 people on line. Another employee kept pulling her mask down to talk to people. Why? It it basic common sense. If they happen to be on breaks, which they weren’t, go to the back of the store to flirt while we’re all waiting. It’s hard times and plenty of people need jobs and everyone here could care less about their job. Done with this...

Stay away from this place ! If I could , I would give them zero stars. A week before my event I ordered a cake for a big party . The place was suppose to open at 11 am but no one was there tilll 12:30!!! This should have been a red flag . We ordered a cake for 70 people and the day before my event I called to confirm . The cake wasn’t ready and the workers had no idea what’s going on. The worst part is that the manger isn’t there and you cannot reach him . We waited 5 agonizing hours for him to call us! He said that they will make the cake and that he will personally meet us the day after . Needless to say that he never showed up and when we asked to be compensated for the whole aggravation he refused. We got 2 smaller cakes instead of the big one we ordered. The manager didn’t even called to apologize. I would never go there again . Horrible treatment...
