Panera delivery is a bunch of BS. Two days in a row, yes I gave them a second chance, we ordered Panera Aventura to be delivered. After waiting more than 2 hours, we called to speak with the manager that simply said that they don't know what happened to the order. Then we received a notification that it was delivered but to a completely wrong apartment that is clearly marked. We called to dispute the charge and Panera simply said that food was made and delivered. The next day, we ordered. Same thing, almost 2 hours go by and of course we are steaming by then. The manager again said he wasn't sure where the order was. Sometime after calling multiple times, we finally got a notification that the order was delivered...to the wrong apartment, completely different from our apartment and different from yesterday's mess up. It is as if they do not care where they throw the food and take a picture and leave and Panera has the nerve to criminally charge for it for an order that was never received. The management team at Aventura has no care in the world about the quality of service and do not care to rectify their clearly bad delivery service who is billed through Uber but Uber told us that it is the Panera delivery team. It is so sad that any other Panera we have been to, we haven't had issues. I am surprised that these people working here are still employed because there are plenty of people out of work that have the care to try and live up to what we thought was a decent standard...

I had a very bad experience at this location I frequently dine at this place with no issues before only except they need to keep up with the the dining area is usually unclean the tables are very dirty…I waited on my order for about 15 minutes a young lady at the counter wasn’t pleasant she had a nasty attitude never engaged or asked of my order. Finally when my order was done it was left at the counter unattended no one meaning her not the manager “Shana” did not bother to call out the name from the receipt. When I approached the counter and asked if the order was ready the unprofessional young lady answered with an attitude stated that she wasn’t able to pronounce the name on the receipt which is unexceptionable, she didn’t apologize but had a bad attitude about it. I asked for the manager and explained my situation to Shana which she apologized on the employee behalf which wasn’t good enough for me basically was trying to ignore my issue with her employee. My complaint is Panera Bread needs to train their employees including their MANAGERS to have customer SERVICE to their customers PERIOD!!! Read moreThe store is well kept, however it is the drinks that are bad; specifically the iced chai tea latte. I’ve ordered three times from this place. Once online and twice in person. The order I received when I placed it online was decent. The iced chai tea latte was okay and only tasted slightly watered down. However, when I went in person and ordered an ICED chai tea latte, both times they came out hot. I would politely tell them “Hey I’m sorry, I ordered iced.” Instead of remaking the drink they just dump a few ice cubes in there and hand the drink back. The problem with that is the drink that they are putting ice in isn’t warm, it’s hot. The ice is rapidly melting in the drink causing it to be extremely watered down. If I wanted half milk and half water with a pinch of brown sugar I would have made that at home no problem since that what that concoction tastes like instead of wasting time and money. I didn’t even request a refund both times when it occurred because it seemed too much of a hassle to go back and forth with the cashier over $5. I just threw out the drink both times. I’ll just keep it in mind not to stop by this branch in Aventura anymore since it seems that all their cashiers are hard of hearing and can’t complete a simple task correctly the first nor second time when it...
