Hello my name is Leslie B, My sweet doctor is Moises Roizental, a very well known Venezuelan doctor, as a small detail of affection he bought us brunch. My coworker and I got arepas, which were good btw, but he said he wanted us to try the Cachapa from Avila Bistro. ... Can I tell you that both my coworker and I fell in love with how flipping delicious their cachapa truly are ... to the point we think about cachapa all the time, mind you she’s pregnant 🥰.
Today I was craving cachapa and decided to order form DoorDash and I unfortunately couldn’t get my order from Avila. I had to settle. I tried to convince myself that cachapa would be amazing from anywhere. Boy oh boy was I wrong, what a total waste of my money. I don’t belittle but I will say this dry and no cream ( crema ) 😒😔☹️😣😫😡😠
Avila Bistro, if you read your reviews, thank you for creating these little pieces of heaven ( cachapa ) the way you do , please don’t you ever stop making them, because trying they are simple to die for !
So, if you are reading this , I totally suggest you give the classic Cachapa A try. I find the taste of the sweet corn pancake and cheese ( queso de Mano ) tooooooo be a perfect taste for my Taste bud!! DO NOT FORGET THE CREAM THAT GOES WITH IT 😘🥰😍 I promise you won’t...
Read moreHorrible service, they take forever to serve you and after they took my order which was an arepa with carne they took over 40 minutes and I still didn't have it, so I asked them if it was even ready and they said no. It wasn't even packed there were many open tables. They need more staff and better service. Don pan gives you the exact arepas in less than 10 minutes smdh also they gave me my coke with no cup of ice so by the time I even asked for the arepa my coke was warm. I also ordered a grilled chicken for my daughter which came out super dry and burnt, I canceled my order and just paid for the coke, two juices and the grilled chicken and it was $30 dollars! smdh!!!...

We had arepas and churros and it was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. However, I watched people arrive after us, receive their menus, appetizers, entree, and deserts before our main dishes even arrived. The server was tending to other tables with a much higher frequency. We did not receive our check until we finally flagged our server down and requested it 2 hours of waiting.
I'd suspect that if you order carryout then you'll have an amazing experience, although the dine-in problems seemed...
