Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Avon Park

Ordered through the drive through this evening and were told 10 minutes and to pull around. 40 minutes later and still sitting in the parking lot and frustrated, I called to check the status, The employee that finally answered said they were “too busy” and that he had to stop everything. This is really poor management- I went in among the crowded lobby (didn’t want to with everything going on but clearly this was an inept crew we were dealing with) and was not treated with any courtesy whatsoever. After requesting a refund, I was never offered an apology for leaving myself and my family to wait 4 times longer than we were told nor any apology for making me walk into this crowded place during a pandemic! This is terrible customer service and I would appreciate an apology from ownership/management. We use this Little Cesars on a regular basis but...

They have always been polite to me and make my order fresh even when they have some made already because I have to have light sauce.
