I don't often tell people this but I live in wauchula don't judge me for that but our Burger King the service is terrible the food isn't that great either I've even spoken to the manager and he didn't seem to really care at all I said when I come inside or through the drive through I get exactly the same results I asked for a bacon cheeseburger with no ketchup no mustard only extra Pickles and BBQ sauce and you would think then if you tell someone directly they can follow simple instructions and give you what you ask for there's a reason I asked for this type of burger I can no longer eat ketchup or mustard or tomatoes because of health reasons.
In one month I have been to the what you want Burger King four times and ordered exactly the same thing and each time they messed it up or just gave me whatever they wanted to I spoke to the manager about it he did try to make me one exactly like I said I give him applause for that but what happens when he's not there? There's a lot of horseplay goes on that's for sure I got a burger the other day for lunch and took it home to eat it before my treatments and what do you know the beef Patty was missing what idiots these people are:
I have reached out to Burger King corporation about this and they never respond the king would be displeased and his subjects that work there should be put in the royal dungeon because they're being a royal pain.
Today we went to Avon park we decided to stop in Burger King and ask for exactly the same sandwich there was a woman in the drive through by the name of Kathy she took my order with no problem and she fulfilled it like a champ and then told me thank you for coming to Burger King and have a great day

Read moreDon’t waste your time going to the bk in Avon park because the service was the worst ever. There was a big problem over a mistake I made when using two coupons. The second coupon number I gave them was wrong and the cashier in drive through tried to tell me it couldn’t be changed. I let them know I was just recently employed at bk in another county and the suppose district manager got so upset about the whole situation and told her manager to give me and my family back our money!!! Not to mention I had five kids and four adults in the car!!! How is a “district manager” going to get soooo upset about a simple mistake I made? Was it really so hard to basically make one more sandwich and add the fry to complete the second coupons entree and side??? This is so unacceptable for a “district manager” to have that type of behavior to a customer. Customers are what keep Burger King open. I’m guessing the bk’s over here in highlands county don’t value their customers like they should because if this took place in manatee county where Carlos bigord is/was my district manager and Brandi James the general manager nothing like this would have taken place. I am going to make sure I speak to every single person there is to speak with about this crazy situation. Read moreI went with my family today June 29,2024 by 5:00 pm to this restaurant (Burger King Avon Park) I went drivethru and i had a family cupon that I wanted to use . They ask for my order and I mention that I wanted to use my cupon by the drivethru and by then no body told me nothing else i waited some time but no body answer. so i drive by the next Window and the manager opend the Window and was very unpolyte , rude and racist to us when i show her our cupón and told her that i didnt speake English. She call another employee that spoke spanish and that employee was very kind and tried to help us with our order but the manager Stephenie and the other manager that was at the store didnt let her take our order they told her to say to us that we had to go back again to the line at the drivethru to make our order again . I felt very bad with the way they trited me and my family and because the employee tried to help us but they didnt let her do it . I was Just asking for a service!!! At the end we could not buy anything and cross the road to another fastfood (MC donald) . I had to say I Will never visit this place again because People like this two" managers" should not work at this places and even more have this positions when there are better employees that deserves it !!
