Taco Bell — Restaurant in Avon Park

Horrible people treat customers like trash. Walked into this dump after a long trip from Miami. Arrived and went inside to order. An employee tells me to use the self order station, and I told her I prefer to order at the till. She then, with attitude, tells me that "it will be a while". Several other employees walking around near the counter, none would greet me or help me. After I waited SEVERAL MINUTES, and witnessed another customer having to ask to get her order the way she requested and paid for it, when the employees told this customer they did not have what she ordered on the self order screen (imagine that), a second employee comes from the back, and says something unintelligible whilst pointing at the self order screen behind me. I tried to tell her I was not using that, and she continued to say something which basically amounted to a noise, and point, then began shaking her head and walking away.

THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS.

At this point I ask the first employee to fetch a Manager for me to speak to, and she tells me "I AM THE MANAGER". At this point I tell her that if she does not want to assist me at the counter, I will go somewhere else with my money. She became extremely rude to me, not attempting to be helpful in any way. A male employee then comes up to the counter, and attempts to tell me to leave, then the manager gets loud with me and threatens to call police, saying "you will not talk to my employee that way".

AT NO TIME DID I SAY ANYTHING OTHER THAN "I will not use the self order screen, and if this is how you treat customers I will not come in here again." I never used any abusive language toward these employees. I was the one spoken to rudely and horribly.

I will be sending this to corporate. I believe every last employee in this store needs to be FIRED for poor conduct. If this is how Yum Brands operates, I will NEVER give them another dime, and I will NEVER stop telling people how horrible Taco Bell...

This was the best fast food experience I've had in a long time. To starting off the place was clean, floors, tables... everything. So no hunting for a place to sit and eat.

Next when checking out the manager, Paul, notified us that they had run out of large drinks, giving us time to change the order so we wouldn't be charged or go threw the hassle of a refund. He also provided us an extra cup because of the inconvenience.

There was only a few minute wait for our taco & burrito craving pack and customized stacker. Which may I say was for us a shock not to have anything remade since our experience at other locations we always have to have something fixed due to customization.

While eating the manager was checking on customers in the store to make sure they didn't need anything and that their experience was good. He even stopped and had a friendly conversation with my husband, my son, and myself.

When finished we stopped to give complements and ended up having a great conversation with the very sweet Ilomene.

Again complements to the whole staff Paul, Ilomene, Hugo, Xiomara, and Jamie. Ya'll did amazing and even made our day a little bit more...

I ordered a CHEESY GORDITA CRUNCH ... light lettuce.. I was given a Cheesy crunch. Nothing was gordita about it.There was about a teaspoon worth of meat in this thing. It was a joke more than anything. I instantly went back through the drive through, only to have the woman who made it say I scraped out meat, out of my food... to just complain. Then the manager shut the window on me when I was just explaining what was wrong with it. The woman who made it, was screaming in the back about how I was complaining for no reason. Again the amount of meat or cheese that was on it could all together fit in a spoon. It was covered in the sauce any some lettuce.. I just wanted my money back, because I didnt want to make that big of a deal and someone spit in my food. So while Im being accused of ruining my own food, I am also disrespected by the manager herself for nothing, no apologizing, explanation, nothing just a slammed window.Then had my money tossed into my hand .. The worst place I have ever ate at. EVER. So rude, so inconsiderate and...
