First time at this location and to be honest, will not be returning. While I absolutely LOVE Bruegger’s Bagels I left with a bad taste in my mouth and decided I would not leave the parking lot until I had left this review. First of all, the location is dingy and a little dirty. 2 of the 3 girls working there were very friendly and cordial, thanking me and telling me to have a nice day. The one lady, with intricately braided red hair who came up from the back of the store was NOT. Initially when she stopped to help help 2 younger girls at the register she was animated, friendly and smiling and conversing with them, I can only assume they were regulars. When I went back up to purchase a small bagel bundle to go, she acted like I was bothering her, stone faced, no smile, very mumbled. While at the register she rang up my purchase and by the time I had inserted my card in the machine and finalized my purchase she had simply walked off, with no thank you or have a nice day or come again, leaving my receipt hanging from the top of the register. I stood there a little shocked waiting for her to come back, but she went to the other side of the counter, so I gathered my bagels, my son and my bag and left feeling very angry. So utterly disappointed!! Don’t treat certain customers one way and other another way. It was so very obvious, O always try to treat retail and food employees with dignity and respect. I always try to be kind and thank them for their help, but this behavior was horrible, and I will NOT be returning to this location ever again. I ordered my girlfriend and I bagels on mobile order, and I order here frequently as I live nearby. They most of the time don’t start the order until we wait in line at the cash register for our turn and then let them know we’re here. She went in to pick up our food, and it was at least 30 minutes of waiting inside for a mobile order. The worker had asked if the egg whites were a must, something I paid extra for, and said to her “tell him i’m doing a lot of extra work for him” and made it a very unpleasant waiting experience. Our orders half the time are wrong, we have to check them before leaving the store. The bagels are outstanding and that is absolutely the only thing that keeps us coming back.
Edit: The company asked me to leave a message on their website contact form; “Please reach out to us so our team can follow up with you directly. Kindly include the details of your visit. If you are satisfied with how your issue was resolved by our Guest Services team after the form is submitted, we would love it if you could update your review to reflect this!”

Staff was unkind, downright rude, , walked away when ordering, walked away when paying, and when we went to sit down, told us you could not eat in. There’s no signs saying this, or any reason we could see that we could not eat in. She unkindly, and without explanation, said you can eat across the street at the picnic tables. There was one table that was sectioned off and broken. There was one adult, and two kiddos, so we ate in the car. We had purchased some to take and some to partake there.
