I can't get enough of the new local Crumbl Cookie Store! The customer service here is consistently top-notch, quick, and always friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to the awesome manager/owner Jake who goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable. Jake's personal touch and commitment to ensuring every customer has a great experience are truly commendable. Every visit, he goes above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves with a smile.

The team at Crumbl, led by the fantastic manager/owner Jake, are not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly efficient. It's evident that the entire team takes pride in what they do, and it reflects in the overall positive atmosphere of the store.

Now, onto the star of the show – the cookies! Whether it's the classic chocolate chip or one of the innovative flavors of the week, they're all unmatched, always fresh, flavorful, and downright delicious. I especially love the weekly new menu that keeps things exciting. From the creativity and variety of classic favorites to innovative creations, Crumbl's flavors are a cut above the rest!

I feel the true sign of a great business is one that makes mistakes, or has a bad day, but then redeems themselves. I’ve been a loyal Crumbl customer for quite a while, but Avon now will always be my default store. I ordered curbside pick up from Crumbl on the day that they did a six pack for the price of a four pack. I knew it would be busy, but I could have never anticipated the mobs that were there. I placed my order around 2:30 in the afternoon for a 630 pick up. Unfortunately, I did not get my cookies until 730, and after calling a few times. The workers were extremely nice, and handled themselves very well. Once I was home, I discovered that three of my cookies were incorrect, and two of them were not mixed properly. There were chunks of dry ingredients, so I could not really eat them. I called the next day and spoke with Hannah, who I have recently learned is the owner. She was extremely apologetic, made no excuses, and of course obliged my request for the five cookies to be replaced. No questions asked. She took me at my word and told me I could come pick up the cookies whenever I wanted. I went back that evening, and she had the cookies ready to go, all in individual boxes. They were the freshest Crumbl cookies I’ve ever had.

This Crumbl is in the same plaza as HomeGoods, Marshalls, and Fresh Market, in Avon. They have a patio in front with tables. The store looked like the other store I went to in West Hartford; I'm guessing they all have the same look. I ordered through the app and picked up. The cookies were hot and fresh when I got there. The service was friendly and the store was clean. As you probably know, they have new flavors that come out weekly. This time I got:

Coconut Cream Pie: buttery cookie filled with coconut pie filling, whipped cream, and coconut flakes. I like this because of the coconut flavor, also the pie filling was decadent.

Brookie: half chocolate cookie and half semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie; a very good combo.

Chocolate Milkshake: chocolate cookie with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate mousse, and whipped cream. I loved this one, the mousse was so creamy.

Milk Chocolate Chip: a classic cookie. Can't go wrong with it, batter was great. It's very similar to the semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie but with smaller milk chocolate chips.
