I ordered a pickup order after a grueling day and arrived about 35 minutes later once I receive notification that my order was ready. Once I enter the establishment, I saw an older woman with dark hair behind the bar fiddling with her jewelry at the time she had her back to me, so I just waited patiently. Then she turned around and proceeded to take a shot, That was the first time she noticed that I was standing there and put the shot glass down next to and already empty shot glass. once she started speaking to me, I realize that this woman was drunk. She proceeded to tell me that the order never came through on her end and she could have it ready for me in seven minutes. At this point I was already uncomfortable with the situation and I told her that I had my dog waiting for me in the car so please just cancel my order and refund my money at which point she told me we don’t have the money either and you can bring your dog Inside, which I Wasn’t going to do. The whole experience made me extremely uncomfortable. This was my first time ordering from this establishment, but after having this experience, I will definitely not be trying this...

6th day open and no doubt this place will be a regular. I’ve been to their other location and the food is just as amazing if not better. Wait staff was friendly and welcoming, food came out fast and was more than enough for leftovers for the next day. Pasta was cooked perfect and flavor was spot on. I only wish it was a little bigger to accommodate larger parties because this is something you want to experience with friends.
