I have a $1500/year Starbucks habit, patronize them all over the world, and have been a loyal customer since the franchise started…but this is the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. I wasted 25 minutes of my life before asking the young lady for a refund, which was a first. I made the mistake of going inside, when I normally would stay in the drive-through (because I know they move faster), but going inside this dining room was room was a very bad idea. I don’t know if they are following the Starbucks system because even at other locations when I go inside, it’s slower but not like this. The young ladies were working at a fast pace, but it seems all orders were going to the window. I would have stayed for my order if I hadn’t seen a couple people who were there before me (still waiting). Today, I ordered 2 drinks, just in case one was messed up. Guess what?! One was messed up! My triple grande peppermint white mocha had no whipped cream or chocolate curls. There was 1 couple who ordered in front of us and maybe 2 cars in the drive thru.
