Me and my partner are from out of town and decided to stop here for a quick lunch. Immediately upon entering, the lady behind the counter seemed a bit distracted and wasn't paying attention to what we were saying. Half of their containers were empty as she had to take our bowl and burrito to the back to put white rice in it. Upon returning, my partner asks for the new chipotle honey chicken. She scoops up about 5 pieces of the chicken, places it in my bowl (which I never asked for, completely zoned out and not listening to what we're saying) and then looks as us and goes "sorry, we're out". He then asked for a different protein since they're, in her words, out of the one he requested and she said "that's gonna be double". Double what? Double meat since, according to what you just said, you're out of the protein my partner asked for? There is no "double" anything. I spoke up about it and she just looked at me sideways. I know chipotle has an issue with their portions but I've never seen it this bad. Charged DOUBLE for meat when the initial scoop was mere scraps? After being told it's out? Seriously?
I don't like to consider myself a rude or disrespectful person by any means. I've worked retail and fast food before but the service, attitude, cleanliness (every table we walked past before deciding to eat in our car was covered in scraps of food and dirt- I'm glad I didn't end up eating there) and atmosphere from here is absolutely abysmal. Please, take the extra drive and go somewhere else. Paying too much- more than you would at other chipotles- for less...
Read moreTo Whom It May Concern,
I am beyond furious about my recent visit to your Lear Chipotle. What should have been a quick and enjoyable meal turned into a complete disaster due to your staff’s lack of professionalism, poor food quality, and overall disregard for customers.
First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The staff were rude, inattentive, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. When I asked for extra [specific item], I was met with an eye roll, and they barely added anything. Isn’t that what I’m paying for?
Then, let’s talk about the food. My order was completely wrong despite repeating it TWICE. The portion sizes were laughable—half a scoop of meat and a sprinkle of toppings does not constitute a meal. On top of that, the food was cold, bland, and absolutely not up to Chipotle's usual standards. If I wanted subpar, overpriced fast food, I would have gone somewhere else.
To make matters worse, the restaurant itself was filthy. The floors were sticky, tables were covered in crumbs, and the trash bins were overflowing. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to look and feel this unkempt.
This is the last time I will spend my hard-earned money at Chipotle unless serious changes are made. I’m not asking for gourmet dining—I’m asking for basic courtesy, edible food, and a clean environment. If your team cannot manage this, you’ve lost another customer for good.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously because this experience was nothing short of...
Read moreWhat shame and disappointment! This place has not even been open that long. My husband and I went in there for lunch and it was excellent so we decided to go back the next week. It was like a completely different restaurant. Three people working my husband and I are the only two in the restaurant. The food was all empty and dried. My husband wanted the hot honey chicken that he got a week before but there was only about a cup in the pan and it looked about as hard as a marble. I mostly come because I like the tea. Both times all four were empty. This time I was told that they were out of all of them when I returned to the counter. I asked for a refund on my drink because I do not drink soda. The person was visibly annoyed by my requests. The counters were filthy the tables were filthy there were spilled beverages by the pop machine. There were so many flies and gnats bothering us that I didn't even eat. I could write more but I've decided to just go ahead and do the actual survey. All three employees were hanging out talking and bagging chips instead of cleaning or...
