I placed an online order thinking it would be ready when I got there. Wrong. The food wasn’t done, and the inside was so loud and chaotic I waited outside like I was in line for the hottest club in town… except no one actually wants in. They’ve only been open two weeks, so maybe growing pains, but yikes. Now let’s talk food. The noodles were basically al dente in denial—undercooked and sad. The chicken? Straight-up cat food energy. Dry, bland, and canned-tasting. Honestly, Jessica Simpson’s infamous boiled chicken would’ve been a step up. The sauces didn’t match either bowl, like they were picked out of a hat, and none of them made sense together. Then there’s the box situation. Why serve a bowl in a tall cardboard tower? All the good stuff was hiding at the bottom like a bad surprise. I had to dump it into my own bowl at home just to eat it like a normal human. The veggies? Not raw, not cooked—just stuck in awkward limbo. Basically, they gave up halfway through. The whole thing felt like a Pinterest fail in real time. Chaos inside, chaos in the box, chaos in my mouth. The ONLY saving grace? The honey bar shortcake. That dessert was the Beyoncé of the meal: flawless, sweet, and actually worth every bite. Everything else?...
Read moreWas excited to go to this establishment ever since it opened. I went in and saw that you have to order from a kiosk instead of talking to a person like places like bibibops, Qdobas, etc. (My initial thoughts). I get the purpose of using kiosks but it felt so detached and has caused the atmosphere to be disappointing and bland. Speaking of bland, both chicken and veggies that came with my food was not flavorful (I got the spicy garlic sauce). Also, my noodles was so dry it not only clumped up in the shape of those small containers that came with my food but I nearly choked.
Now most people would overlook the atmosphere, service, and a minor bad order, but the price does not justify the price/portion ratio. Seriously when opening my container, my food didnt fill up the whole box (i paid $12 minus the diet coke). I feel like i shouldnt have to pay more for less. I expect this from Panda Express (hell it would be a better option by comparison) than a place like this. Not worth...
Read moreI want to recognize Owen for his outstanding customer service. On my first visit, I ordered food to go and waited about 25 minutes, which I completely understood because the restaurant was very busy. Unfortunately, when I got home, part of my order was correct but the other half was someone else’s order. After a long day of work and with it already being late in the evening, the last thing I wanted to do was drive back. However, I knew my daughter wouldn’t eat the incorrect meal.
When I returned and explained the situation, Owen immediately looked up my order, got the team working on the correction, and handled everything with genuine professionalism and care. He was very apologetic, quick to act, and maintained a positive, professional demeanor the entire time.
Owen is exactly the type of employee any company would be proud to have, someone who not only takes ownership but also ensures customers leave satisfied. He is the reason I’ll be...
