This restaurant must Not care about their repeated customers, I have been going to that location regularly. The staff seems friendly and professional for the most part. I started to notice missing items in my bag every now and then, A straw, Napkins, Spoon for my dessert... which is not a big deal since I know these things happen, Although every now and then I think.. How hard can it be if you're only putting two or three items in a bag to forget something so essential? Anyways, What really bother me is that for the past two weeks I have been buying Jar Dessert, Which is a item that's on the menu. Sometimes these desserts come Seasonal flavors. When this location open these jars were filled up to the top with Reasonable amounts of the correspondent flavor. In the past week, I have been to this location three times. Twice of those times I have gotten this jar dessert , this jar dessert is supposed To half cheesecake and whipped cream For the most part, But my God! It's ridiculous the amount of whipped cream, and the lack of cheesecake that they've been putting on those things. I mean, You never know since the whip cream covers most of the cheesecake, and if I didn't go through the drive-through eventually eating the food at home, I would totally bring the jar to the manager Because this is borderline, turning into a scam. I got one spoon of cheesecake out of an entire mason jar, The rest was whipped cream. What a rip off they have become. Every now and then I get a water down sauce. Like they have literally cut the sauce with water. I'm not the type of person or write reviews, But this one was absolutely needed. I even had to go through a logging process to be here writing this, Which Takes time from the little time that I have, But I wanted to let it be known. Be aware when you purchase...

We also tried their Honey bbq sauce and the Korean BBQ sauce both were delicious. They make their own sauces. Given the choices of chicken tender places now, I would trade all of them for just one SLIM CHICKENS. We were in the Avon area looking around as we contemplated moving to that area, In Toledo, our only chicken places are: KFC, Popeyes, Canes, and Chick-fil-A. I don't mind KFC or popeyes but I HATE Cane's and I have issue with the family that owns Chick-fil-A. More places need to offer homemade sauces, including spicier flavors. We also tried their Honey mustard and I believe it was the BEST honey-mustard I have ever had. That's saying something because I have been a mustard fan since I was a wee one and have yet to taste any mustard that I've hated in my 55 years. It has NEVER happened before. My only regret was asking if they would sell or did they have plans to sell some of their sauces. I still have the slim chickens jar that the banana pudding came in, I'd love to bring it back for a jar of the honey mustard, I will gladly pay for it, It WAS that good.
If you come across a Slim Chickens in your travels, be sure to give them a try. Take your kids too. They have a kids menu and they have Salads too. The tender/wing baskets come with REAL Texas toast and fries. I also recommend their Peach & Raspberry iced teas. Those were excellent too....

Customers were irate, walking out, and had no way to get my money back in the app. Customers were angry and waiting over an hour while drive-through orders were quicker. We were told 8 people were fired the day before. The manager (maybe) was handing out black "goodie bags" to customers who received an email, but with doors locked and customers were frustrated even at me the customer walking out. The manager wasn't doing anything to help. They didn't even acknowledge that my 4 yo son and I were waiting for 1 1/2 hours. No offer to make amends or show any empathy or goodwill. Coffee grounds on garbage went unnoticed. They were not allowed to shut down mobile/delivery. We ordered here before and it was slow but not this bad, I even received raw chicken before. I know the store is newer and I don't fault the employees but a severe lack of training for employees/management staff and processes likely not working. I enjoyed the food, but I fully expect the business to close soon if these types of experiences continue. I have reached out in the past with the raw chicken feedback with no response.
