Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Avon

I travel across Ohio for work & I visit Pulp very often. This one particularly was pretty great! I normally have a complicated order, since I have food allergies I do a lot of substitutions but you would think that whatever the price it would be the same across stores... Nope, I pay all different prices & some can be expensive for a smoothie. I was so delighted when I walked in this particular Pulp & I already felt defeated, I just knew they would charge me extra for my substitutions but no, the owner - who was actually taking orders, said she would honor the price that I paid, which only counts Almond milk as a price substitution. She even told me to ask for her & if she was there it would be honored. I felt so special & relieved bc I spend A LOT of money at Pulp. But there's more... I go back not soon after prepared that if Lisa wasn't there I would pay more but no, Halle understood my order & thought it was weird that people would charge more for 'normal' substitutions. Update: the owner of pulp reached out to me and was very nice and is going to have a chat with the staff to make sure they know what they did wrong and to help them learn from this so next time they will be better prepared for such a situation like this. Thanks for a fast and kind response

Very rude staff. Lost our online order and told us we must have sent it to the wrong store. Was sent a text that our order was ready at the Nagel store the staff was ignoring us for 10 mins. There was only 2 other costumers in the store. All the teen girls were fighting over who was working harder instead of helping us. One girl asked what my wife’s name was she told her the girl repeated her name but said carrot and laugh about getting it wrong I think it was a dig at her since my wife insisted that we had the right store. Then she was insisting that they never had the order. Only one girl was responsible enough to help us out. And looked at the online orders and found it. Bathroom locked, only unlocked for customers. Not even food delivery patrons can use it. I will take no more orders from this establishment, nor will my wife and I be back. It's just as easy to get our Crumble cookies and go to your competitor 5 minutes away.

And why do the girls have to dress below their dignity? Who started this franchise, Roger Aisles? Any overweight girls work there? Any pressure from current staff to keep a certain weight that can lead to eating disorders? 🤔 My wife told me when she worked across the street from a Pulp franchise how she would p/u lunch there and the same group of guys would be staring at the girls while the TV was behind them. How has this become normalized?
