A new manager is running the store. He obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing and he’s way out of his league. When confronting him with his behavior he rudely asked for me to leave. When I confronted him again on this behavior he wanted to record the conversation and show his demeanor as being unprofessional and undermining to the entire situation. Even when I attempted making a purchase in the most respectful tone possible the guy was a jerk!! If I was a new customer, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere and not go to this particular Starbucks. Note: if this is a trend that Starbucks is beginning to start where they have managers under mind customers it might be best to Find a different place business to get coffee. Respectfully! The manager at this location is most likely new at the job. And he’s trying to find ways to cut expenses as well as control over his customer base. Just a really bad experience. Composted to other locations, this location just doesn’t give that feeling that they really care about the coffee experience!! Again I would suggest finding a different place to go get coffee or different Starbucks with the managers actually have tolerance and respect for their customers. This guy is just brand new and doesn’t value his customer base. Note: I spend between $25-$35 everyday on coffee and preferred Starbucks. Today, I went to the drive-through after placing a mobile order and the batista that was attending at the window had a huge attitude over the fact that I ordered and got in line too quick according to her. I'm sorry, but I didn't know she made the rules for Starbucks. BEWARE of this Starbucks and its service. Spoke to me with attitude in front of my wife and kids all because "I got in line to fast" what's the difference from ordering in the drive thru and driving to the window and order through your app and getting in line? There is no difference. Btw when I got to the window, she said "your coffee is going to be a while because you literally ordered a minute ago" and then proceeded to grab my coffee that was right behind her, the irony!! I decided to get off and ask the girl to remake it for me , she was very rude when I had asked her in the most respectful manner I had asked her if she could remake it or put more sweeter into my drink , from that moment she rudely told me " more juice or what " , I said yes or however you guys put in the drink to make it a bit more sweeter she grabbed the drinks very aggressive and I seen her , pour out the drink in the sink and just put more juice. There was a worker there just looking at her because she did look very mad . When she was done making it , there was no more strawberries nor ice but I no longer wanted to go back and forward.
