This review has been long overdue I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I don’t leave without at least spending $20 or more on all the different sweets that they offer. The owners are super nice people and if you get there early you’ll get the chance to taste it right after it’s been made and it’s like heaven in your mouth. Read moreI've been coming here the last couple of years. My last purchase seemed a bit expensive. I guess inflation is really hitting everything. I usually get the pumpkin empanadas but the last couple of times it's been mostly bread with very little pumpkin. It opens late for a pastry shop. If your looking for coffee and a pastry and your a morning person it's better to just go to Starbucks located next to Champis because Champis doesn't open till 8. Which is what I end up doing 9 times out of 10 when I would prefer a concha. The bread is fresh and good. It beats Food City which is the only other option...

As I walked in, Jose and his family were very friendly and welcoming to all the walk in clients. While in Town for the weekend, I got some bread to take to a family gathering and since it was so delicious, I stop by on my way back home and got more (conchitas,danish,donuts and jalapeño and cream cheese rolls 😋) to take to my family in LA.
