Food Poisoning is what I got!!! I recently moved to this area and was pleased to find a KFC/LJS just across the street from my sub division. We went in and ordered food to go. After waiting at least 10 min. my thoughts were at least the food would be fresh rather than cooked hours ago. It took approx. 20 min. till ours was ready. After eating half of my food I figure out my chicken is raw. I mean pink raw. I got seriously sick last night and I'm still sick today been throwing up for hours. My fiancee went back today and asked to talk with a manager. He told her about the raw chicken and how sick I am.... her response was to say sarcastically "Yea we already know about it... there was a new fry cook last night" like she could care less. Now I'm wondering how many of us got sick! He then requested the distric mgrs. contact info her response was "I dont have to give you that information". She then walked off and just left him standing at the counter. I am truly amazed at the unqualified people KFC/ LJS have selected to be their employees and even more concerned about their people they leave in charge (managers). Really just walk away.... I have been in management for over 20 years and that women would be fired by the end of the day if it was up to me! We as consumers rely on food businesses to TRAIN new fry cooks before they prepare food for the public before they give us all food poisoning. And just because red headed Betty Jo. has been there for 6 months. does not make her manager material Just so you know KFC/LJS. TRAINING is the key... There is NO training available for people with a crappie attitude. I called the 1 800 number about 2 hours ago... go figure I still haven't received a return phone call. Read moreOrdered online... order couldn't be found at first. I had to wait what seemed like forever. Then when the order was brought out, they couldn't confirm it was the right order... and said if not right it is not their fault... seriously?? When I arrived home, several things were missing! Tried calling 20+times... phone picked up and hung up! Food was not even up to par!!! Chicken tenders were very tough and fries seemed a bit old. Very disappointed!!! Don't think I'll be returning unless there is a change!
UPDATE: It was my dad's birthday and he wanted extra crispy chicken from KFC, so we decided to try it again since it's been a while. I ordered online, got to kfc 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and it wasn't. I was asked to wait around front and told I was the second order to go out. I sat for 30 minutes as I watched 3 other orders to out before someone comes out to inform me they were out of extra crispy chicken and would I be OK with original recipe. I wasn't happy about it since in the past they've always had the same issue. Then I waited another 10 minutes before I told them to just cancel my order at which I was told they couldn't cancel it, I would have to call a number...I also mentioned to the manager that I was told I was the second order to go out and he told me his cashier didn't tell me that.. so basically telling me I was a liar

I went to this location 12/28/23 went through the drive through and informed them that I had an online order. They asked me to go to the second window. As I am waiting behind another vehicle I see a large bag go into the car and they drive off. I pull up to the window and the woman says your total is (not sure what it was) I said do I have to pay again? I had an online order. She turns around and walks away from the window and out the front door and into the parking lot. She comes back inside with that large bag and the person who was in the car comes in behind her. She walks back to the drive through window and tries to hand me the order. I said “umm.. that was in her car.” She said “yeah, I know but it is your order.” I said so how do I know she didn’t tamper with my food? She said “she didn’t” I said “how do you know? Do you know her or something?” and she says “yeah, I do.” While passing me my order and just closed the window. as I am leaving I say “I better not get sick from this food! You will me be hearing from me if I do!!” Most restaurants will not make you take the food that they messed up on because they can’t guarantee that the customer that had it didn’t tamper with the food. I didn’t go inside and make a fuss because my daughter was in the car plus I didn’t want to give them an opportunity to spit in my food.
