I moved to Azle 4 months ago . I loved taco Casa in Saginaw they were always attentive when bringing out or giving your order. We moved here and 3 times we have had to call and tell them that our order is wrong. I called today and the manger never gave her name. I told her we are missing half our order and she didn’t even say sorry she said do you want your order I can have it for you if you want to come get it. Yes I did get mad at this point cause I told her this is the 3rd time I have called and said they missed something. She said again we are human we make mistakes. I then asked her for her bosses number and said if you want to call back tomorrow she will be here I said no what’s her number she said it so fast that I couldn’t take it down. Then she said again do you want your or not? I told her I have been in customer service for 14 yrs and never got the experience I got with her. I drove up there and called and she answered again I said I’m here for my food. She said I will have him bring it out, I said why aren’t you bringing it out with an Apology she said I’m too busy and said to the Employee take this out to her. No please or thank you. If this was my manager I would not like the way she is talking to customers busy or not. I’m a manager myself in a busier Environment and my boss would never let me talk to a customer like that. But I know this will go nowhere but if enough people get tired of being mistreated then maybe her boss...

Was in drive thru for 20 min waiting to order for over 10 min, decided to pull up to window and the gentleman running taking the orders immediately rambles the persons order who was behind me (guess she got helped in the drive thru), so I kindly interrupt him and tell him no that is not my order and explained to him I had been sitting there for over 10 min with no answer or greeting to help me and he proceeds to tell me to go back to the end of the line and order. Excuse me, then explains that their system went down, and they have has a whole mess of things going on at once so he would not be able to help me. Got to be kidding! This could of been remedied by apologizing for the mistake, take my order and offer to bring it to me so the drive thru could move. Instead I was told to go the end of the line and order, there was nothing he could do to help me, and it was not his fault that I could not hear him through the speaker. You sir did not greet me to even let me know you were there after 10 min. I will not be back and would say if this is how customer service is at this location in Azle, avoid it at all costs. Read moreEmployees are not well trained. I was a gm in the food industry for years. That being said, speaking from experience I do believe the management is the reason as to why the staff is not well-equipped and capable of great customer satisfaction (including great, correct orders getting made and given to each guest in a timely fashion) the performance of the team wether it be poor or great always shows what type of managers are running the store. With my past few visits to the specific location I do believe the management is not doing whatever it takes and going the extra mile to train each and everyone of the team members not only constructivly critiquing them along the way but also acknowledging and praising them when they do the right thing. I suggest the management step up to the plate and make some changes, put more effort and consideration as well as be an example ( don't ever expect something out of your employees that you yourself havent or are not capable of doing) either that or a complete change in management. I hope that this is taken as advice not as an insult because that was not my intentions. You can't blame the staff of they haven't been giving the proper tools needed in order to succeed in every aspect...
