This Chinese restaurant is hands down one of the most special places I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining at. Every time we go, we feel like we’re walking into a second home. The hostess and servers are warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, not because they’re trying to earn a tip, but because they actually care about their customers. If you visit often enough, they’ll not only recognize you, they’ll call you by your first name, remember your favorite dishes, and even what you like to drink. There have been times when my family walks in and they already know what we’re going to order. They bring the menus out as a courtesy, but they’re always ready to help us quickly and thoughtfully. One thing that always amazes me (and makes me feel a little guilty, to be honest) is how they insist on packing our food to-go for us. It’s part of their service, but it’s the little touches like that, going above and beyond, that make this place so special. Their kindness extends to everyone, including my brother, which I deeply appreciate, and even my friends and coworkers who’ve gone there separately. I recently found out that some of my coworkers eat here too, and one shared how they also greet her by name and know her order. That just goes to show how much they take the time to build real relationships with their customers. The food is amazing, the staff is incredible, and the experience is always comforting, never rushed. You’re not just a table number here, you’re known, welcomed, and valued. My only regret in life is that I didn't find this place sooner. I am so grateful I found this place. I've eaten Chinese food from one end of the nation to the other and this place is an unexpectedly fabulous extremely rare and hidden gem. Big portions and the price is fair, but the flavors omg... Every ingredient is an explosion of next level delicious. The power of all that extraordinary flavor is somehow perfectly balanced. Highest quality ingredients. I've had chicken, pork, and beef here and all the meats were so ridiculously perfect. No stringy nasty chewy meat at all, every cut was meticulously perfect, so tender and delicious, the melt in your mouth textures taking you out of this world. I eat vegetables here that I wouldn't touch anywhere else, on any other plate, in any other other meal. They were all perfectly crisp without being over or under done, like, at all. I can't even exaggerate that enough. Mind blown. This restaurant is going to end every Chinese food restaurant in Farmington once the population starts catching on. So I live in Raton. There is a Wonderful House in Trinidad Co which is 19 miles. My boyfriend and I were in Trnidad at Walmart and I googled Wonderful House. I didn't pay attention to the number, I just hit call and placed my order thinking I called Trinidad. When I got to Wonderful house to pick up my order they didnt have my ticket. So I replaced the order paid and left. A little bit later I get a call from Aztec NM. I answer and the lady is telling me my order is ready. Confused I said I already picked it up. It was then I realized I mistakenly called Aztec. I was trying to explain to the woman it was a mistake and I tried to apologize. All she did was yell at me saying I know who I called. She refused to hear me out so I hung up. It was a mistaken and I feel bad but with technolgoy they need to realize people don't pay attention to numbers they dial on google.
