Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Aztec

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received.

We ordered online for delivery and then called to confirm it. Sometimes the computer doesn't realize that we are in the delivery area. They said "no problem at all" and stated "surprisingly we aren't busy at all".

35 minutes later we called back and they put us on hold right away. After 6 minutes on hold we used another phone to call again and demanded a manager. They said that he was in the back making pizzas and that we should have delivery in 15 minutes.

None of this would be a crazy big deal so far being that it was a holiday.

When I called back 10 minutes later to make sure it was on the way I was put on hold without them waiting for an answer. I called again and was able to get him on the phone. "Eric" was short and rude to say the least. He didn't address any of my concerns about being told that they weren't busy or getting the wrong ready time. Instead he complained that I was pulling him away from the 6 orders that he had to work on and offered a cancellation faster than you could say supreme. I asked him if my order would really be at my home in the 15 minute deadline that we had been given and he said "No. We got heated. I was saying to him how I didn't appreciate how I had been misquoted twice on delivery time and he continued to tell me that if I thought I could run it better then I could come down and he would give me the keys.

Eric, I would happily show you up if I didn't have a family to feed after a long road trip. I also expect that your position will be available soon.

To the delivery driver that attempted delivery as I got off the phone with Eric. I'm sorry, I was upset, you seemed like a solid individual and took my rant in stride. You may make a good manager ;-).

To Eric, if you are wondering why this is so long winded, it is because I'm in Dominoes and just got my order in 15 min and free blue cheese...

I have never received a completely correct order from this place. I'm always getting shorted in some way, be it toppings or the mischievous little sauce of marinara or ranch (90% of the time I don't receive the little items) it never fails. Delivery drivers are friendly and on time, the rest of the staff is very bad at what they do. It's been this way consistently for 3 years... I hope you enjoy getting ripped off, because that's what will happen here. What a joke. Update 6/15/22 was shorted what I paid for yet again. So 100% of the time i order delivery it has been incorrect.. meaning not receiving my full order, nor refunded the money... not exaggerating, basically they are stealing my money. Will be...

Order pizza from Pizza Hut in Aztec on the phone app it showed the pizza was done the driver picked it up 15 minutes after it was done we got the pizza almost an hour later it was cold it was hard it was nasty we had to pay $5.50 for delivery plus we give him a $7 tip I will not order pizza from Pizza Hut again in Aztec the service has dropped 100% I don't know what they've done or what they're doing the guy in the front of Pizza Hut just saw that had an attitude can I use doordash if they would have gave us an option we use doordash or come pick it up we would have went and picked it up I don't like eating cold pizza and cold hot wings I'm done with ordering pizza...
