The food was completely wrong. I went through the dive through , got were I was going, and the whole order was wrong. Then I called the Wendy's, and management refused to fix the problem because the kid at the window did not give me a reciept, when he gave me change, never even asked if I wanted one. It's no wonder they never have any one there. This is not the first time this has happened. The last time I was there the kids working were yelling, cursing at each other and they gave me the wrong food. This seems to be a regular on going thing there. Obviously management seems to be lacking as well. It was a waste of my time and money, the management obviously isn't much better than the kids working there, considering she can't get her head out of her butt, and doesn't seem to care that she gave me and someone else the wrong food completely and when u spend 30th $ for dinner, I'd like it...

Yesterday I ordered 20 minutes before I drove over there and I had to wait in line behind everybody else for about another 10 minutes so they had 30 minutes to do my order and it was not complete because they said the grilled chicken was out and I have to wait another 12 minutes and I said I've already waited 12 minutes why am i waiting. They didn't drop my order until I arrived. People that walked in after me and placed an order were served before me, not just one group, multiple. Seriously, why am I ordering ahead of time so that I can wait in line?
I had to ask for my drinks before I left. This isn't the first time I've had really poor service from this Wendy's, pretty close to the slowest but hey, that's what I get for ordering ahead, right?
2/10 they'll get most of your order right even when you eliminate the person taking the order, dude reading the screen still can barely (sometimes) get your order...
