Never got my order. They left me in my car as my food sat on the counter. They asked me to move to the front of the store, because they misplaced my order. Gave me a free shake. Sat in the parking lot for ten minutes. Walk in and find out my order had been sitting on the counter. Asked for a refund and it took 15 minutes to get me a refund. Manager gave me the wrong receipt for the refund. Had to go back in to get the right receipt. Never once was offered a discount, free food, or anything, besides a sorry.
