The Patio Mediterranean Cuisine — Restaurant in Azusa

The food is fabulous outstanding the salad is so tasty I’ve eaten in many different Mediterranean restaurants and I am also from the Middle East but the salad it has flavors that satisfies your mouth I mean because he made it to the salad and it’s origin not just put vinegar and lemon which is like taste boring in other places they put like balsamic vinegar with peppermint and olive oil I don’t know how he makes out the mosquitoes his food is good but the hummus and the salad and the chicken oh my gosh it took me back to the Dale all day you know when we used to eat it back home in the car country and he’s a Cebu is a very nice man very very nice but I’m very polite I like his service very kind his prices are reasonable for his sodas for his Perrier 250 you can’t beat that $2.50 that’s a great price is very reasonable I would suggest do you know anybody to go eat there then they won’t be sorry I wish this place wouldMore hype because people need to know about this place is really worth it this place needs to get more popular the food is absolutely amazing that’s...

Bad customer service. The cashier/waitress has a very unfriendly, unwelcoming attitude. Someone else I know who visited the restaurant before also had a similar experience as me and disliked the interaction they had with her (the cashier), so obviously the cashier wasn't just having a bad day when I visited. Before I even ordered I considered leaving because her countenance/approach was so cold. She acted like I was bothering her just by being there.

And unfortunately I wasn't able to order what I would've liked, just because it wasn't explicitly on the menu. This restaurant has a variety of meat and seafood kebabs, but only meat is offered with the Mediterranean bowls. I thought it was a simple request to ask for a Mediterranean bowl that had salmon in it (since they offered salmon kebabs), but was told no. I ended up ordering just the cheese boreks (which was good), but I won't be visiting here again. It's no wonder the place is...

Have wanted to try out this place for awhile. The cover of the menu features a photo that is 5 blocks from where I was born (Beirut, Lebanon) so that was a good start and won me over immediately. I had a nice chat with the owner before we ordered. Is this place fancy? No. Was our meal amazing? Yes it was! The lamb chops and the beef kabob were tender and yummy. The salad was fresh and delicious with the right amount of “hot” in the dressing. Rice and hummus for the win! This establishment has an “A” rating. I will absolutely be a return customer. The patio is simple and open air (there was a nice little breeze tonight) with a view of the mountains. Easy parking. Staff was super hospitable.
