Gionino's Pizzeria of Bainbridge-Chagrin Falls — Restaurant in Bainbridge Township

I made an order on doordash. I placed the order at 5:40 p.m. on July 20th , they said the order would come between 6:30 and 6:40. I understand they were busy. At 7:15 p.m. I get a notification that the order was dropped off, but the order was NOT dropped off. I then call and they told me that the driver was on their way in the area, I'm literally 5 minutes away from this place, I would have went to get it myself but I had children sleeping. Anyhow, after 45 minutes more I finally call again and she assures me they are on the way. I literally call back 30 minutes later because I just don't understand and people are hanging up on me, putting me at hold, telling me meanly that they are closedIN VERY RUDE TONES. The manager Sam was nice and not rude, but all the other co-workers that I dealt with on the phone were extremely rude!!! I never got my refund from them, and was able to reach doordash for a refund after waiting two days. Sam said that her driver could not find me I was literally off at 306 on a very simple road I really do not believe that. This place just hit it out of the park. We ordered from here Saturday night. They let us know delivery would be 45min-1hr. Which was fine, its Saturday night. 27 minutes later, the delivery guys shows up with piping hot pizza. The freshest pizza I have ever had in my life. As good as the food is i am getting pretty upset ordering from here anymore.. I place an order often and the order is never right!! I was told by drivers that they will fix the order. I been told that they'd bring me what I was missing. They never come back and then never answer when I call back. They repeat the order back, I now make sure that they do and it is still wrong.
