We ate here for lunch on Sunday. The employees here are rather inexperienced, however they are nice. There was a nice girl at the register that was very new on the job, and although she was doing her best, we ordered a loaded baked potato, and she had issues putting into the register. No big deal to us, but what was a big deal was her co-worker just stood by watching as she struggled. Definitely no team environment here. I wish the best for the girl who's brand new.

The food was hot, fresh, and crispy, so no complaints there. But the restaurant cleanliness is a different story. Tables not wiped down, the floor was filthy, the bathrooms were disgusting, soap dispensers in the bathroom were not working. And with that being said, if the soap dispensers in the bathroom not working I'd like to know of the employees are washing their hands after they use the restrooms. Id like to know if the dining room is filthy, then is the kitchen at all clean enough to cook food in.

I'd love to return, but with how the cleanliness was I'm not sure I will. And that's sad, because at least the new girl (if not the one cooking as well) deserves customers to return.

I'd also like to add, although I understand that the restaurant has slow moments and you have nothing to do: With how dirty the restaurant is and the second girl (not the new one on register) on her cellphone nonchalantly, she could have at least been cleaning something. Or at least wipe down two tables at a time. There's something she could have been doing anyway to help the...

So...the moment I walked in which they open at 1030am and I arrived there just about 11am, the place had flies everywhere! I was looking around and as I was looking for a CLEAN table to sit at, I notice the place definitely had not been cleaned the night before. Mind you, we were the only customers dining in with one in the drive thru. The tables were dirty, the floors were sticky greasy like, the employees cooking in the kitchen had no hair nets on nor did they have there uniform shirts on, and the condiments station needed to be wiped down. The nozzles were filthy or maybe just stained from being old. The food was alright, my fiance was looking at me crazy cause he knew I was ready to go! I observe every restaurant that I walk into and the first thing I notice are the floors and the maintenance all around. This place needs to be remodeled and it needs some management! I will not be going here anymore! I just cant trust that the food is kept and cooked in clean conditions if the rest of the restaurant is not well kept! Especially with walking in when they are just 30 minutes into opening, the place should have been cleaned and ready for opening the next morning. Obviously there night crew isn't doing there job and the manager need to do...

Slowest service ever!!!! Tried to pull up into drive through and worker was standing outside with rolling trash can talking to car just stopped in parking lot. Couldnt get by them at all, worker looked up at me and continued conversation. I had to leave parking lot and go through another entrance to even get into drive through line after waiting for 5 minutes. She eventually let that car and came and talked to car in drive through leaving rolling trashcan in the middle of parking lot. Ordered food (only 2 meals) at 635 and its now 7 and the same car that was waiting at the window is still there.....line hasnt moved in 25 minutes!!! And its always like this!!! Thought i might give them another chance bc i havent come back in awhile bc of this same issue. It will be the last time I come here!! Ill pay more and go to a nonchain local...
