Philippine Cuisine — Restaurant in Bakersfield

We were traveling to Las Vegas from San Francisco so we stopped halfway point in Bakersfield for the night. So we found this little restaurant near our hotel. We had a take away of dinuguan, sisig, munggo, and sinigang to eat in our room. I have to say that it was the most delicious Filipino take out we have ever had. My 91 year old mother kept saying she wasn’t hungry, but took one bite of the dinuguan and she kept eating. Unwelcoming First Impression

This was my first time ever coming to Philippine Cuisine — not as a customer dining in, but to pick up an Uber Eats order. The customer left a note asking to make sure everything was included, so I politely asked the lady behind the counter if the order was complete. Instead of giving a simple response, she gave me attitude and didn’t even acknowledge my question. I bought a slice biko (sticky rice cake) for $8.28 on 3/15/23. When I came home I noticed that there were mold on all the sides of it. I also bought pansit, beef steak, and pinakbet. A total of 45.64. But after seeing the mold on the slice biko, I was disgusted by it, and didn't want to eat the rest of the food I bought. I called the restaurant, and talk to the supervisor.
