Asada Grill — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Very good food however their service has become very slow. Unfortunately I can't see myself ever coming here for a lunch meal as their lunch rush is seemingly too much for them to handle. The past 3 times I have been there, they have skipped my order, forgotten my order completely, and made several mistakes with my order. The process they use to intake orders is way out of order as well constantly. I was just there, ordered 1 california burrito and got in line to wait for them to make the burrito. About 10 minutes later a guy walks in, places an order, and gets behind me. 10 more minutes pass and we are all still in line. They call the man behind me, who ordered 4 burritos, they made all of his burritos then called me up to make my one burrito. By the time the guy was asking what I want in it, I reminded him about the fries that go in the california burrito. They forgot, then went back and dropped the fries, 5 minutes later, the guy has my burrito ready without giving me the option to add sour cream, guac, etc. It was so busy and I was already 10 minutes late from coming back from my lunch that I simply took the order without saying anything. I ended up taking a 45 minute lunch that was supposed to be 30 and I work less than a mile away from there. Also, this happened between the time of 11am and 1140am. Also, this has become a pattern with this restaurant. I can't really give any more stars to a restaurant that. There seems to be no order or organization within this place. They yell around and just pump out burritos and tacos at a very unorganized...

I got the breakfast burrito and for the choice of meat, I chose shrimp. I picked lettuce, black beans, the green mild sauce, pico de gallo, and cheese to go in the burrito. I think the breakfast burrito is usually 6.99, but since I picked shrimp, I was charged an extra few bucks, which makes sense because the normal shrimp burritos are $9.99. My breakfast burrito was definitely worth $9.99 though. I dont usually write reviews, and I live a couple hours away from bakersfield (near anaheim). I was in the area to pickup a truck I was buying and just went to the nearest food spot I saw because I had to use the bathroom. Long story short, I wasn't expecting to stumble upon the most delicious burrito (by far) that I have ever eaten in my life. Seriously, I strongly recommend that you try what I got, even if u aren't that big on breakfast burritos.
