Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I am sooo upset and disappointed in this place! Normally every weekend we go with my family to Porterville and come back in the afternoon to eat because my children love Jack, this day we were very late and we arrived late, we had two super rude women manager and worker, my son had already finished the order he just wanted to know if regular or fried and the lady abruptly said gosh you can hurry up without having a car behind us, I kindly asked him that he was undecided, what could it be nicer to him, she said that's not being rude, I told her but you listen or respect her, and she told me move and logically I went to the window and no one wanted to talk to me, they left us completely ignored, me and my family are a family educated and principled and I felt disappointed with this kind of people who make us our food, I just ask to speak to someone to complain about them, the day they worked was...

This place has gone downhill. We stopped there today as we do the first week of August every year on our way home from Sequoia. The restaurant floor had a huge dirty spot near the soft drink machine so the floor was sticky in that whole area. The women’s restroom wasn’t maintained. No paper in one stall and the other stall was disgusting. An employee just came out of that stall and commented to me that “it was disgusting”. I’m assuming she just used it because she then washed her hands and walked out! I decided to not use the restroom so I just washed my hands then left to order the food.

I was hoping that the food would be good (it usually is decent) to make up for the other stuff. The food was just ok. It’s normally better so I’m hoping that this was just a really bad day for this place. It wasn’t crowded so I’m not sure why the manager didn’t have a better...

When we arrived , the great from the employees was great. As expected. They helped us right away . My mother couldnt decide on what she wanted , but the employees were very patient. As we were getting our drinks , all the sodas were out (other than coke, sprite, and the unsweetened tea) , i wanted strawberry fanta :( . We walked to a table available, wasnt wiped off for a while , as there was dried off ketchup on it 😳. Cleaned it myself with a napkin and water. Our meal was for dining in , we got our food in a to go bag and forgot our order of tacos , i went back to the counter and got them, as for another customer, they forgot his tacos , he got an extra one. The back employee was very helpful🤷‍♀️😔. I understand its out highway 65 and is possibly just a quick stop n go place,but over all...
