Burger King — Restaurant in California

Haven't ordered from Burger King in a while and found out today why. We ordered through the app and when we picked up our order we went back to work to discover 2 out of 3 burgers were made wrong(one a total loss as my son is allergic to onions), didn't put our fries in either. I decided well I got my son other food and called to let them know. I had the wonderful "privilege" of talking to the absolute worst customer service person I have ever dealt with, talked to, met, interacted with....you get the idea. Enter Mauricio, Burger King's excuse apparently for a "manager". You know those people that love the sound of their own voice so much that they don't know how to listen? That's Mauricio! I could barely get a word in edgewise as his listening skills are severely lacking. I explain our issue and he let me know that I didn't order the burgers without onions, that's funny because when I saw the summary before the order it had the revisions(if you have people with allergies you ALWAYS check that.....am I right?). Apparently Burger King can see over your shoulder when you place the order, or maybe they screwed up? Who knows? So we try and move on to the lack of fries issue, which you can imagine is tough with Mauricio(once again....loves the sound of his own voice). He says they will remake the fries for me and can drive all the way back down to get them(how nice of him to make the fries that I PAID FOR for me. Gee seems like a nice guy huh? I said can I talk to the manager(you can imagine what a shock that was after the "quality" customer service he has provided this far to find out he said HE is the manager....lol!!). I said I'm sorry I need to talk to your boss at which time he informs me that there is no one above him. I realize at this point that I am talking to a celebrity.....the KING himself!!! So to end this story I definitely DO NOT recommend going to Burger King as the king is absolutely horrendous at...

I actually can't remember the last time I've eaten at Burger King, it used to be a fairly frequent place for me and friends to go in high school specifically because of their breakfast menu. However, for my recent visit I settled on a bacon double cheeseburger (which was at the upper end price-wise of their selection of 'value menu' items) and a large fry (no drink I already had something). Both items were priced $2.79 each, which I found to be just beneath the threshold of excessively expensive. Everything was nicely hot and tasted as if they were prepared/cooked at the time of my order, which I appreciated. I am disgusted whenever a restaurant serves me food which is obviously reheated, or has spent the last few hours drying out under lamps until they are barely indistinguishable from old cardboard. Thankfully this wasn't the case tonight at Burger King, and I found the service and facilities to be more than adequate. I only wish that prices would have not undergone the substantial increase throughout the past year or so. It seems a bit rich (not to mention greedy) for these historically unchanged menus to now proclaim pre-tax price tags of $8, $9, or $10 for a sandwich, small fry and...

I've been here a few times since they opened. The food is as good as any other burger king location but that is about where it ends. Both times I have ordered 2 simple items and the wait times have been horrendous. 12 mins plus. I can make an exception if it is a busy time but on both occasions my friend and I have been the only ones in there with only a couple cars in the drive through. My last time in a few weeks ago my wait was 13 minuets from order to reception. That is after waiting about 2 minutes for someone to come to the counter only to say they will be right with us then walking away for another 3 minutes. Once we finally got to order the lady at the register was very rude and unpleasant. After ordering we waited 13 minutes. One person was the only one making the food while 2 other employees stood there chatting it up. The lobby looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. And the service was poor. I will continue to dine at burger king but definitely not at...
