Panda Express — Restaurant in California

I went to this location tonight, there was no one else in the Drive-Thru they were not busy at all, yet they were extremely slow considering the food is already prepared...I ordered a teriyaki bowl, with the sauce on the side and requested two forks... She confirms "sauce on the side" at the drive-thru window and again at the pickup window .... I asked for two forks at the drive-thru window and reminded her again at the pickup window... after arriving home I realized that not only was the sauce missing, I had no silverware I had no napkins... So I called to complain, since I drove 15 minutes to get there and had food that I would not eat seeing as it was extremely dry chicken, I waited nearly 10 minutes before i assume the manager picked up the phone, she was obviously in a good mood when she got on the line because she was laughing.. but once on the phone with me her mood went sour immediately and when I explained the above she said... well would you like us to give you the sauce? Acting put out to have to even speak to me...completely rude, so I told her of course I don't want the sauce I live 15 minutes away I'm not going to drive back with cold food to get the sauce...more rude now said what would you like me to do then...? "How about your job" make sure you give people the correct order so they don't have to return to get what they should have gotten the first time they were there and try not to be so rude when you screw up and screw up somebody else's mail that they paid for it while you're there being paid to do that job right. Maybe if you quit playing around while you're on the job,y won't screw up so much. I'm never going to go...

Service sucks!! Rudest service I have ever received. It was late when we ordered, so the lady told us what they we out of, it's understandable because they were closing and probably already washed the dishes for making food. BUT, she did not say they were out of walnut shrimp, so I asked for a bowl with walnut shrimp. There was NO ONE ELSE in this restaurant and she told me, "sorry, we just served the last of it". I was so upset, all I wanted was walnut shrimp after a 5 hour drive, but they were out so I just ordered orange chicken with FRIED rice. We pull up to the next window for our food, we pay and are now waiting for our food. We finally get our food and I check everything to make sure it was correct. I had white rice instead of fried rice. Normally, I would just eat it anyway because I like white rice too, but not today because this lady really just pushed my buttons while I was already hangry. Now, we sat at the window after she left for at least 3 minutes, waiting for them to ask us what the problem was. But no, they never came back. So, we kindly knocked on the window to tell them about the rice. She ignored us, not once, but 3 times. We had to honk and then she finally gave me a tiny container of fried rice. Went to this location on Monday 1/16/23 after many weeks of not going because of the same issue and others, but this was definitely the worst day. It was 11:30am 2 people in front of me, 5 employees not including one in a black shirt who I assume is a manger who walks around with no care in the world. 11:30 am and there are 7, yes 7 food trays empty on the food line. I ask about the walnut shrimp, employee says it’s coming right up, I said ok and asked about the rest of the food? She replied it’s only what we have here. I turned around and went elsewhere. Another issue here is portion size, one day they serve you a bunch of food the next day they don’t, so what is it ? Does the employee decide the portion or is there a guide, I’m fine with either but be consistent. Then at the register they ask if you want to donate the change, no, ofcourse not because either we buy food we didn’t want or we buy a portion enough for a child and still pay the outrageous price.
