Decent food but horrible service. ONLY USE CASH/DO NOT USE ANY ELECTRONIC PAYMENT. I ordered food on Monday and was told by the cashier (Lily) that the transaction did not go through. After checking our bank statements we discovered we were charged twice for the same order. We asked her to cancel the first transaction or refund us to which she responded that she was unable to do anything about it. She mentioned this issue has happend in the past with other customers and there is nothing her nor her manager could do about it. No alternatives were given to us besides leaving our name and number for her to pass along to the District Manager. Lily stated we could come back in around 2 days if the transaction was not canceled or if we did not receive a phone call from the District manager. Wednesday afternoon we never received a phone call and we went back (in person) to the store to figure out an alternative. The manager at the time (white male adult - heavier set) told us there is nothing he could do about it. When I asked for a corporate office phone number or a number directly to the District Manager he advised he did not have either number to provide to us. After insisting for a number to contact a supervisor he instead provided us with a toll free information number. This is unacceptable conduct for a business to be aware of an issue where they are blatantly stealing from customers and then telling them there is nothing they can do to resolve the issue. Was having a good day until i came to order tru the drive tru and the worker was having a snotty, rude, unprofessional attitude. she was upset or wasn't happy to be working. I was trying to ask for more information on other variety of food and ask if there were any specials. Since it was my first time there, i wanted to know what she would recommend. Instead, she had an attitude and ignored me. Like if she was annoyed of working or taking customer's order. worker name is shonee, not sure if i spelled it correctly but i don't know Why Shes working there making the company look bad. I called and asked ahead of time to confirm this located accepted rewards points. They said they did. Went in, ordered. Cashier didn't know how to do it so she asked somebody else. I lost 100 points that took me months to save up. Then got a discount for $2.50 and rushed a long my way. Discount was supposed to be $10. They don't care, next. We tried. Kind of.
