Caesar’s Deli — Restaurant in Bakersfield

We catered our wedding through caesar's and I am now a caesar's customer for life. To start, the service we experienced when doing our tasting blew us away. We decided to schedule a tasting with them because they were super transparent with their pricing online, and we had done smaller catering orders through them for holidays and loved it. We had two other tastings in town with companies who were highly recommended (also double or triple the price) and nothing compared to the experience we had with Caesar's. They did cocktail hour appetizers and a full dinner service. The food was so amazing, and all of our guests made it a point to tell us how much they loved the dinner! If you're considering having anything catered, a holiday, a wedding, whatever, please do yourself a favor and look at Caesar's first. Anthony was such a huge help and you'll be a lifetime...

Update, just went again today and wasn't disappointed. From the owner,who helped me and was very friendly to the cashier, they were helpful and very courteous.. They filled my deli meat orders and even gave me samples to try. They are my favorite business in Bakersfield and the deli meat was fantastic!!! The Calabrese, hot sopresata, hot coppacolo, and mortadella were awesome 👍🏼. ††** Had the pickled tongue sandwich and it was awesome! Bought three kinds of deli meat by the pound. It too was great. Bought some extra fresh rolls and they were really good. Everything was really great and the service was great. The prices are the best in Bakersfield. I just found one of my favorite places to eat great sandwiches. I can't wait to try all of the other good food that they offer. I totally recommend this...

I was very disappointed with my experience on my last visit. Went in to get my regular veggie sandwich and it was one of the most pitiful excuses I have ever seen. The bread was thicker than the veggies inside and it was missing the avocado. When I brought it to the manager's attention she did not seem to care or be concerned with the horrible product. It seems this location is going down the drain. The tables are consistently dirty, the service is sub par, and now the food is horrible? I really hope they can pick up the quality of their product, they were once so great. I try to support local, but with quality like this, I will...
