We decided to go eat today 8/20/23 here because the first time we had it it was great and with this rainy weather ramen sounded really good. I think there was only two people in the restaurant, the server and the cook. The server handed us menus and right away asked what we wanted to eat not even giving us a chance to open the menu. When we decided to order we were going to get the pork ramen and the chicken teriyaki bowl. She said they were out of them so we told her we needed a minute to decide again. She came back about 1 min later and we ended up just getting whatever. We ended getting a yakisoba noodles and a bento box. We also got gyozas and they were bland and barely warm. The chicken on both was very dried out. We had also asked for bean sprouts and side of rice which we never got. We only got water and she never came back to refill us or check on us she was sitting down on her phone. We kept waiting until we just got tired and ended up getting up and going to the front desk to see if she was there and just paid at the desk. I was still going to get charged for for the side or rice and been sprouts that I never got and when I had let her know that we never got it she looked annoyed that I said it. Anyways worst experience Iâve had here. First time was a different server and she was amazing and the food was amazing....

We walked in on a Sunday evening and the restaurant was empty and there were two tables of dirty dishes needing to be bussed. Being the sole customers we were seated rather promptly and our drink orders taken. When we went to order food, my girlfriend ordered the most popular item the tonkotsu ramen and I asked about the unique dessert on the back of the menu. I was told they didn't have it available so I opted for the yakisoba. Ten minutes later, I was told they didn't have that either so I said okay I'll get the same thing as my girlfriend. Another 10 minutes passes, and we are now told that they don't have the tonkotsu broth for the ramen and that it would completely understandable if we wanted to leave. Seeing as that is the sole reason people go to this restaurant it seemed very strange for the waiter not to know that up front and to make us wait 30 minutes just to get our hopes up no reason. We left and probably will not return (at least to this location).
The perfect place to grab a quick bowl of the savory noodle soup. I highly recommend adding the Kamisama toppings and an extra egg because they are so good. Hopefully, they keep innovating and adding different styles of ramen...
Read moreThis place is a call back to the hey-day of ramen. It feels like a traditional ramen shop you can take your whole family too. The atmosphere is friendly, and the ramen is great.
They offer several types of ramen, covering a good range of types of ramen broths. Your traditional Tongatsu and miso are available, as well as much lighter types, like veggie, or shio (a salt based broth style with very delicate flavor).
The topping selection is wide, including corn and spinach, which are personal favorites of mine.
The portion is comparable to other chains, but at a much more affordable rate in my opinion.
They have a food challenge called the king of ramen challenge. It's a 7 lbs bowl of ramen, (see their website for event dates, rules and stipulations).
Edit: I've since been back to verify handicap parking nearby, and enough space to comfortably move a wheelchair around the facility to find seating, and to reach the lavatory should...
