Caffeine Supreme — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Ok.. I used to go to Supreme Bean when it was off Mt.Vernon across from BC. Junior college.. I thought they went out of business until I saw this one off F street downtown. So I just had to stop in and try them after decades of being a customer... well my mom got the Heath Mocha and I got a strawberry 🍓 smoothie 😋. HOLY COW MAN... the Coffee was OFF the hook my mom said.. so delicious she had to buy a 32 oz 😋 to take home 🏡 to drink later. My Smoothie was the Bomb 💣 and took me by surprise because I thought Supreme did just coffees.. Well they NAILED my smoothie cause it was the best one I have had in a very very long time. The prices were not to bad but the option of buying one that was 32 oz. was awesome. I loved it.. my mom loved hers and we will definitely be coming back even though we live a little under 10 miles a way.. its worth it to us and they offer something different than Starbucks and thats pretty cool to us. Different flavors are always appealing and their is good as well. They offer chorizo burritos 🌯 that are very delicious. I would recommend this place if you want a great coffee or smoothie or anything...

My name is Jj and a couple times a month my daughter and I stop by on my way to take her to work and order coffee. I always order a peppermint mocha and my daughter orders some blended drink. Really disappointed by the customer service here. I come here a lot, no less than 3x a week and wanted to try something different from my normal order. Unfortunately I didn’t like it and the drink cost $8.25. Im not one to take things back, but at that price point I would like to drink something I can enjoy. The girl with glasses who works the afternoon was not friendly and made me feel like an inconvenience. I tried to give the drink back to her and she told me she can’t take it. I asked if I could get a blended matcha (my normal go-to) and was surprised when I was asked to pay for it even though it was the exact same price. After the fact, I was told over the phone that you have to pay if you ask for a different drink. I just wish I was told before hand so I could’ve just asked for a refund and not pay double.
