I'm very disappointed I payed fifty bucks for an order that was not what I paid for at all in size and request first as you can see on the receipt I ordered a double famous star no cheese extra pickles well low an d behold my burger came with cheese and no extra pickles I substitute waffle fries for my regular ones and literally only got five pieces in a half full box there are photos to confirm my alligations on top of that I paid for a guacamole burger and got heavy lettuce and a splash of guacamole... Wasn't the motto IF IT DONT GET ALL OVER THE PLACE IT DONT BELONG IN YOUR FACE? We stopped here today hoping to get a quick bite to eat while our dogs waited for us outside in the car. When we first walked in we waited at the counter for several minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. We ordered our food eventually and 20minutes later we still had no food. We went to the counter to ask what the hold up was and to ask for our food to go instead and they said it would be out soon. We received our food a minute later with some free cookies to apologize, but that long of a wait at a fast food restaurant is unacceptable. We asked for ketchup since the dispenser was empty and they said they'd fill it. A few minutes later the girl walks out and uses her mouth to remove a plastic cap from the bag! First time at this location ordered at the drive through then they asked us to go park and they’ll bring out our food. Waited about 15min food was fresh but nothing was fast about that visit. Second experience was awful, I waited over 20mins for food, fries were cold drinks tasted watered down and burgers were also cold. To put the cherry on top! I didn’t receive my cookies that came with the 3 boxes I ordered. They are way understaffed, food time is horrible and not worth the wait. I highly suggest that this location gets some help! Workers that work with a sense of urgency. I like that it’s near my home but that’s about it. Customer service sucks, this restaurant...
