Ordered spicy double western bacon cheese burger meal... with a chocolate shake no whip cream... and a spicy chicken sandwich.. simple order... so we thought... we got to the window.. the girl named Jessica took our payment and tried to hand us the milk shake... with whip cream... i stated we asked for no whip... she said back the person that took the order put whip.... so she took the shake back and proceeded to make the shake.. brought back the new shake and it was only 1/2 full... i asked her.. can you fill this shake up... it is expensive and she stated that she can't.. so i asked for a refund.... she talked to someone on the ear piece and told them i wanted a refund... then she shut the glass... then another women came to the window and stated that the shake machine does not allow them to fill up the shakes... so we were frustrated as it is so we proceeded to just ask for a refund... she put the transaction back on my card... then handed me a reciept.. so i had to take my husband to his infusion which was down town... he noticed that the double western that we ordered was only a single.. so i left the burger and drove all the way back to ming... walked in and waited to speak to the manager Kaymara???? She stated why did i take so long to come back and not call.. i told her i havd to take my husband to his appt with his food and drove back....i told her to ask the cook if she put 2 patties on the burger.. again they were not busy... the lady stated that she didnt know... So i asked the manager for corporate number. She stated that the number was on the receipt so i sat in my car and called the number... the manager answered the phone.. i asked if this was carls jr corporate and she hung up... So i walked back in and askes her why she did that and she stated she didnt.... and for me to have a nice day.... I advise everyone that reads this... i felt so disrespected and degraded.... i wasn't trying to get free food i just wanted to pay for what we received.... i will never go back to this establishment again.... i have emaild corporate and will make it a point to speak about the behavior and the disrespect i received...
Read morenot a great place to work had a friend who worked here and said that half of the crew team speaks only Spanish and 3 others are bilingual.Top of that the store manager assumes you know all of the job in's and outs to making burgers to making the items on the menu.......lack of respect and team communication towards one another. plus lack of training from crew trainers since there isn't any. store manager cuts corners on hourly wages of staff. also i have met a shift manager name Cesar not a very good manager due to him making others work and he is in the back doing nothing productive had a few employee's saying that. i mean i review fast food joints as a mystery shopper so its very impacting sight to see how a shift manager doesn't really do his job as of others i seen at Mcdonalds who take their job seriously. not a place if you want to work if you are a English only type of person. trust me you are better off looking somewhere else.
however food is down to earth and is pretty great minus the lack of orders not being pushed out in time but what do you expect from fast food joint you are going to wait a few for your order unless you are a person that doesn't have time to wait that's what drive thru is for. i ordered from here because a friend suggested it for value meals and pretty good burgers. one of my favorites from the menu is the guacamole bacon cheeseburger. the item is made hot and fresh and the guacamole is made also fresh one of the best i have ever had out of all the burger joints in...

And messed up our order came back and shift leader, Jessica, refuses to hear me out and started to argue with me and I told “please do not argue with me” at first refused to give me my receipt then when I asked for her manager she said she was the manager but her shirt said shift leader.
