Sarku Japan — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I miss what this place used to be. I remember it being so good and all the Japanese employees were so nice and friendly. I’m not sure if they have a new owner as it had been a while since I had came here. The food was okay, the shrimp were undercooked which caused me to start throwing up later in the evening. The cashier and one of the cooks were kind but I felt like some of the other cooks were annoyed. Not only that but they were making comments about their personal lives and as a woman I felt uncomfortable. Time and place guys. This pláce used to be good, it seems that the owner of this franchise trained his employees to be as cheap as possible when you think of what you get for the new rised price it's a shame that they even limited the rice they put in your plate. Think, all you get is rice and chopped veggies because the chicken, and this in case it's real chicken, would be the main ingredient that you actually would pay for, is served almost counted by the piece. I have seen different employees serving this ingredient like if it's gold. Ah! And don't ask for any little extra sauce cuz now they will charge extra for it.
