I ordered my drink and was waiting patiently. Over ten minutes passed by and people who ordered after me we getting their drinks. I neutrally said "excuse me" and asked about my drink. This barista said "oh well, we ran out of tea and are making more."
Now, it's basic customer service that if there is a problem, you tell the customer. If not, this exact misunderstanding happens because the customer is left in the dark. So I said, "Oh I'm sorry, nobody told me and I've been waiting over 10 minutes."
Then the barista thought they were going to give me an attitude and said "Well everyone is waiting." They made the mistake of assuming I don't have a loud voice, so I very loudly said "DON'T BE RUDE."

The baristas were incredibly rude, constantly rolling their eyes and openly gossiping about customers, which created an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere. Their lack of professionalism was disappointing, and it was clear that they had little regard for customer service.
What upset me the most was witnessing them discriminate against a customer who didn’t speak English. Instead of being patient or offering assistance, they were dismissive and unkind, making the customer feel unwelcome. No one should ever be treated that way, especially in a place that prides itself on inclusivity and hospitality.
I left feeling disappointed and frustrated by the entire experience. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are or what language they speak. I truly hope this location improves its customer service and fosters a more welcoming environment...
