I visited jack in the box on my meal break. I work close by so it only took 1 or 2 minutes to get there. My co worker and I waited 10 minutes till we could get someone on the drive thru system. The employee took our order down and had a not so pleasant tone. We drove up behind a car at the window and watched how they gave their order one item at a time. We’ve now been here 20 minutes. I asked for the manager and the employee paid no attention to me. I asked about three times and nothing. When we received our food our fries and tacos were cold like if they were sitting for 10 minutes. We had 2minutes left on our meal break when we got our food !! Bad customer service!! Lacks multitasking. There was 4 employees and they just walked back and forth and kept talking to one another instead of putting together the orders!! Ugh not coming...

The only hot part of our meal was the spicy popcorn chicken which was so dark and crunchy it was gonna n the verge of being burnt. The popcorn chicken was bought as just the chicken itself not the meal but when looking at the receipt we were charged for the meal and it was served as a smaller portion and in a meal box instead of the usual takeout box for it. The employee was very nice however when taking the order and cashing us out just wish the food matched...
Read moreI've done food service most of my working career, I know it's not fun, but having my order wrong or incomplete the last 4 out of 5 visits really does not set the tone you'd want or expect. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches, we were the last car inline out of three, donated 2$ to charity, yet still received 4 tacos... 14$ for a handful of dollar tacos doesn't add up.
I get this is fast food and all, but not getting anything correct really does something for future visits... If your going to ruin someone's lunch at least throw some hot sauce in is all I'm saying, not so much "laughing out loud"...
