This was our first visit to La Michoacana Plus in Bakersfield, and it was a delightful experience. Our server kindly encouraged us to sample as many flavors as we wished, and after trying three, we settled on our favorite. We initially planned to order two scoops but quickly realized how generous the portions are—one scoop was more than enough. We also learned that on future visits, we can even split a scoop into two different flavors, which is a wonderful option given the size.

The ice cream itself was outstanding—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The waffle cone was freshly made, crisp, and thin, complementing the ice cream perfectly. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, with beautiful colors and decor that created a cheerful setting.

We were also glad to arrive before the rush, allowing us to enjoy a quieter moment in such a lively shop. With so many flavors and other menu items beyond ice cream, we look forward to returning soon to explore more of...

I went there today to order a bionico and all the papaya was bad it tasted soo nasty ans thats the main reason i got a bionico cuz of the papaya i felt embarrased to tell the lady who help me that the papaya was bad so they wont keep serving the same one because it tasted horrible and she just said ok not even a sorry or anything i seen she told the manager and manager didnt even say anything thats how you treat your faithfull customer thats not right because if this i wont be going back ever again i simple sorry goes along ways These ladys and manager need to be more train on how to handle...

La New Michoacana Plus in Bakersfield is amazing! The customer service is friendly, welcoming, and fast. The fruta fresca was so good and incredibly fresh , you can tell they use quality ingredients. The Tostitos Locos were the best I’ve ever had, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Thank you for opening a location near the shopping mall - it’s the perfect spot for a delicious treat...
