My kids really like the pizza and fast friendly service from this location, I would usually give them a 5 star experience cause they always get my order correct and it's ready when they say it is. Well that changed today, First we got a call from the store to confirm our order, I had my sons friends football teammates over so we ordered four pizzas and they called to make sure that the order was right due to order looked weird. So when I get there to pick them up they said well looks like one of you pizzas is not ready, I saw the guy go to the back and tell the assistant manager Francisco G that he forgot to make one of my pizzas and he said ok and looked annoyed that he forgot. When the employee in the front came back I asked if they were going to just start on it now and he said yes, I asked him why he didn't tell me so that I decide if I want to wait or not, he went back spoke to his manager and I see him get upset that the employee told him that I might want a refund for the pizza that they forgot to make. He asked me so you want a refund, I said well only three of them are ready and no one told me that you were going to make me wait to start a new pizza so yes and can you offer me something for the inconvenience? He said yes I'm not going to make you wait and refund you a pizza, I asked him if he could offer anything else due not my fault I wasn't getting that pizza and he said no your getting not to wait. Read moreWorst experience ever! I ordered two pizza from the app and I went to go pick it up around 6pm. I waited another 5 mins for my pizza to be ready and one of the pizza was worng. It had spinach instead of pineapple. They said they will fix it and throw in a soda. I waited another 10 mins for ny pizza. I dont know what happened in the transition that the didnt give me the correct pizza. I asked the manager if they had ny pizza or not, she said they did. I waited another 5 mins. The manager threw in another 2 free pizzas for my time. In total it was 4 pizzas but none of them was the pizza I ordered. I talked to the manager and instead of apologizing she was being rude and screaming that those were the correct pizzas. I said I have the email confirming that those are not, she said okay show me. I went to go get my phone and show her she was wrong. I asked if I can speak to her and she didn't not want to talk to me. I can see her telling her worker that she didn't want to deal with me. One of the workers told me that they will give my money back and the free pizzas. I demanded an apology from the manager for being rude towards me when she was wrong. Was told in order for a coupon to be valid I had to place my order online.
Placed an order online at 9:55 PM for carry out, and when I went to pick up, was told they had closed the lobby and my order would have to be delivered, even though I was there.
When I tried to make it delivery to my work place which is on the SAME STREET, was told they could not deliver there because it was out of their delivery area, and I would have to place the order with another Dominos that was closer. I left.
Called the next day and spoke to a male and female manager and they were no help, said they could not find my order.So in the end I got charged for an order, and no pizza.
