This was the worst experience I've ever had at a pizza place. I ordered 2 hours prior to make sure the pizza was ready to go when we arrived. When we did arrive, there were 15 people ahead of me in line. It was 5 full minutes before an associate even came to the counter. I got a large pizza, and with Domino's deals on medium pizzas, I knew instantly that my pizza was done and waiting when I arrived. The problem was that it was amidst about 50 pizzas that were also done. I stood in line for 30 minutes to pick up a pizza that had been done since before I arrived. The dudes in the back were working hard and making probably a pizza or two every minute. The girl who was working the register obviously didn't care. She couldn't find the pizzas of the people who had already ordered because there were literally 50 pizzas waiting on her to give them away. She was in no rush, though, and would wander around looking at pizzas occasionally with no apparent direction. People would come to the front, tell her their name, then she'd look and tell them their pizza wasn't there then have an awkward moment with each person basically saying "I dunno what your want me to do, your pizza isn't done". People were cutting in line with no one to give order or direction. Literally, any other way of doing business would have been better. She could have probably just called names from the boxes of pizza and thinned the line, or when she watched people cut, ask them to return to the end of the line. I started intervening to help her out. If someone hadn't paid, she had to type in the credit card manually. That's a systemic and management problem. You can't be giving out free pizzas and then not be able to take a credit card. Not to mention, everyone who ordered more than one pizza had to return for incorrect or incomplete orders, which only slowed the process more.
It was terrible. Spend the extra 5 bucks, go somewhere else and save yourself 30 minutes of waiting for a pizza that was done before...

Read moreIf I could give a negative star I would. This happened 3/9/18, I ordered $43 worth of pizza and wings (from Brundage lane) for and sent it to my cousin-in-laws house. The delivery guy got here before us yet wouldn't let my cousin sign (who had the same last name as my fiance who paid for the pizza). When she called we told her 5 mins and she even told the driver that we would be there any minute and as we were about to turn onto her street she said the guy just left, and we saw him leave as we were at a stop sign 300ft away from her driveway. We then called the Brundage lane store and told them what happened, they told us we had to go pick it up, we told them no and the manager (who I believe his name was Monday) started to argue with me and with that I just told him to refund it; he then hung up on me.
So we left a message with the district manager and ordered from pizza hut 10 minutes later and when they delivered I, who have a different last name, was able to sign for the pizza.
We will not be ordering domino's pizza anymore which is sad because besides this we have had a great...
